  The employees are always helpful and full of knowledge to help with my projects!! It's also very helpful that the employees know where items are in the store to make my shopping trip go more smoothly!

  My husband and I scheduled an 8:00 am appointment in the cabinet department. We arrived at 8:00 to find out that there is no one coming in until 10:00 am. No one even asked who we were to see if a different appointment time had been recorded for us. We were just told there was no one to help us. A cashier at the register seemed apologetic and called the manager. We were then sent to the service desk where the manager never came to speak with us. Another cashier came over and just said there was no one who could help us... I am feeling pretty frustrated with this. We own our own business so it's hard to get away to make an appointment.
