  I used to love to shop at this Payless location, but it is always very busy now that there is no other grocery stores on this side of town. They seem to not be able to keep up with the demand, as they are often out of multiple products on the shelves. The staff are always helpful, and will check in the back for any product that you are looking for, but most of the time they are out of stock even in the back.

  Meat department needs help, had an ad for ham both in paper and online and they refused to honor it. Luckily was able to get a rain check from front counter and will redeem it at another Kroger store with friendlier people.
