  Although quality of service was great as far as the staff being friendly and helpful. However, they were supposed to download everything from my hard drive to a zip drive. I paid an extra $40 for this service. When I attempted to retrieve the information on the zip drive, IT WAS EMPTY!!! I lost 10+ years of picture memories including people I will never be able to capture a picture of again as they are no longer living! I also lost 10+ years of information that is related to my business. Needless to say I am completely unsatisfied and will never allow them to touch another computer of mine!

  Ive bought 5 different phones from them and not one works normal problems rsnge from overheating to freezing up. dome of the employess are awfull they will sell u something they know nothing about i dont think the phones they tske in are fixed right. If your broke and need a phone i guess its a place to go but keep in mind every Phone ive bought had issues.
